Money20/20 Europe 2027 planning readiness: exhibitor data and appointments
For the 2027 edition (8–10 June, RAI Amsterdam) start with what you are allowed to do with attendee and exhibitor information. Organiser lead-scanning, meeting tools and any list rentals come with their own terms; we work only with data you are permitted to use and do not promise access to organiser systems. Pre-booked meetings are a separate workstream from the stand or hosted event, and can be scoped through Pearl Lemon Leads. Dates are for the 2027 edition; check the organiser's official dates for any revisions before booking.
- Confirm your exhibitor package and which data and meeting tools it includes.
- Define the target accounts and the meetings you need before the show.
- Keep stand, hosted dinner and meeting booking on one shared tracker.
- Agree GDPR-compliant follow-up for the week after Amsterdam.
Money20/20 is a meetings show
Most valuable conversations at Money20/20 are booked before the doors open. The stand, the coffee and the evening event all exist to host those meetings and to give new partners a reason to stop. We plan hospitality around your diary so the stand team spends time in conversations, not queues.
- Size hospitality to booked meetings plus realistic walk-ups.
- Separate quiet meeting space from the busy front of stand.
- Use a drinks or coffee offer to start conversations, not to replace them.
- Agree what counts as a qualified lead before the show.
Organiser permission and venue rules
Inside the venue, catering, stand services and branding follow the organiser's exhibitor manual and the venue's approved suppliers. Large shows often limit branded events that compete with the official programme, so we check the organiser's current policy before you invite guests to a side event. If something needs the organiser's written approval, we flag it early and do not proceed on assumption.
- Exhibitor manual deadlines for catering, power and water.
- Approved or exclusive caterers inside the venue.
- Organiser policy on side events and branded activity nearby.
- Amsterdam venue licensing, capacity and finishing times for evening events.
Formats that work for fintech teams
Pick the format that matches the people you need to meet.
- Stand hospitality: branded coffee, matcha or drinks with trained staff, as we delivered for payabl. at ICE.
- Partner breakfast for 15–40: a short briefing before the halls fill up.
- Client dinner for 10–24: closed-door, run on our CXO dinner method.
- Evening reception: a city venue, checked against the busiest nights and the organiser's policy.
Scope boundaries
We produce hospitality and events. Stand space, sponsorship and passes are bought from the organiser; stand fabrication is by contractors approved for the venue. Booking meetings with new prospects ahead of the show is outbound appointment setting, which Pearl Lemon Group's team at Pearl Lemon Leads scopes separately. For pre-show fintech prospect outreach, explore conference appointment setting with Pearl Lemon Leads; this separate scope does not include organiser access or guaranteed meetings.
Lead times
Inside-venue services follow the exhibitor manual's deadlines, which arrive earlier than most teams expect. Amsterdam evening venues and hotels near the venue get busy during show week, so book side events as early as your guest list allows.
Budget scope and cost drivers
Every programme is individually scoped and quoted. Cost drivers include organiser-approved stand services and contractors, power and water, catering, meeting-room or city venue hire, staffing, freight, accommodation and local taxes. Prices are quoted after local venue, supplier, permissions and tax feasibility. No minimum attendance/venue availability promised.
- Private dinner / hosted briefing
- Stand coffee or drinks hospitality, or a hosted briefing or client dinner for a defined guest list, with staffing and catering.
- Multi-format hosted programme
- Stand hospitality plus breakfasts or an evening reception in a city venue during show week.
- Full branded environment
- A branded stand build plus a week of hosted programmes, delivered inside the organiser's exhibitor rules.
