A launch is a sequence, not an evening
The reveal is the visible part and the smallest part. A launch that sells cars is a sequence that runs for months: media first under embargo, then dealers who have to sell it, then fleet and business buyers, then the consumer programme that puts people in the seat. Each stage needs a different room, a different script and a different measure.
- Reveal: a controlled moment built for photography, film and embargo timing.
- Press drives: route, base, vehicles, logistics and a media handling plan.
- Dealer and retailer events: product training that is also a motivation exercise.
- Fleet and B2B: smaller formats where the total-cost conversation happens.
- Consumer activation: test-drive tours, retail and shopping-centre presence.
What EV launches add
Electric launches carry constraints combustion launches never had, and they are the ones that derail schedules. We plan them as engineering items with owners and dates rather than assumptions.
- Charging provision at every venue and along every drive route.
- Power availability and load planning for the venue, not just the vehicles.
- Battery, range and charging messaging that survives a journalist's question.
- Sustainability claims in the build that can actually be substantiated.
- Quiet-vehicle safety planning in pedestrian and retail environments.
Production scope
We deliver the physical launch: set and stand fabrication, reveal mechanics, lighting and audio, vehicle placement and movement on site, staffing and product specialists, guest management and content capture. Vehicle logistics, venue access, insurance requirements and on-site safety are planned as part of the build rather than handed over separately.
Measuring a launch
We agree the measures per stage: media attendance and coverage quality under embargo, dealer confidence and product-knowledge uplift, fleet conversations opened, test drives completed and leads captured by market. One format across every stage so the launch can be compared with the last one.
