SuperReturn International 2027 planning readiness: GP/LP confidentiality
For the 2027 edition in Berlin (specialist summits 7–8 June, main conference 9–11 June) the first decision is confidentiality, not décor. GP and LP guests expect discreet venues, controlled guest lists and no unapproved photography or publicity. Agree who may be invited, what can be said about the gathering, and any compliance or marketing-communication sign-off your firm requires, then choose the evening that does not clash with the parts of the schedule your guests attend. Dates are for the 2027 edition; check the organiser's official dates for any revisions before booking.
- Guest eligibility and compliance sign-off agreed before invitations go out.
- Private room or venue with no public signage or shared spaces where needed.
- Photography, attendee lists and follow-up kept confidential by default.
- Evening chosen against summit and main-conference days on the official schedule.
Why private dinners carry the week
Fundraising and co-investment conversations rarely happen in a hall. They happen at a table of a dozen people who already know why they are there. We design the dinner around that: the right room, a host who leads, a seating plan built for the conversations you need, and nothing that distracts from them.
Privacy and guest handling
Investor guest lists are sensitive. We share them only with the people who need them, avoid public guest lists, photography or social posting unless you ask for it, and choose rooms where conversations cannot be overheard. Name badges, place cards and arrival lists are handled to your instructions.
- Guest data held for the event only and shared on a need-to-know basis.
- No photography or content capture by default.
- Private rooms with controlled access and discreet service staff.
- Separate arrival and departure where guests prefer not to be seen together.
Qualification and compliance are yours
Who can be invited to a fund-related event, and what can be said there, can be subject to financial promotion and marketing rules in different jurisdictions. Your compliance and legal teams decide eligibility, approve the invitation wording and any content. We run the event to those instructions and do not advise on regulatory matters.
Scope boundaries
We produce the event and manage your guest list. We do not buy conference passes or sponsorship, and we do not source investors. If you need new contacts approached, that is outbound appointment setting and is scoped separately by Pearl Lemon Leads, within your compliance rules. For a separately scoped invitation campaign, explore executive roundtable audience recruitment with Pearl Lemon Leads; your compliance team retains control of guest eligibility and invitation wording.
Lead times and venues
Private dining rooms near the conference fill quickly during the week. For a single dinner, start as soon as the host and date are fixed; for a programme of several sittings, earlier. We check room availability and the restaurant's minimum spend before quoting, and never assume a venue is free.
Budget scope and cost drivers
Every programme is individually scoped and quoted. Cost drivers include private-room hire or minimum spend, menu and dietary requirements, discreet staffing, AV, guest transfers, the number of sittings and local taxes in the confirmed conference city. Prices are quoted after local venue, supplier, permissions and tax feasibility. No minimum attendance/venue availability promised.
