A brand activation costs between GBP 50,000 and GBP 500,000 in the UK and Europe. Most single-market consumer activations land at GBP 60,000 to GBP 120,000, multi-city tours at GBP 150,000 to GBP 300,000, and flagship festival or launch builds at GBP 300,000 and up. The number is driven by four things: how much you build, how many staffed days you run, how many cities you cover, and how much technology and content sit inside the experience.
One city, one hero footprint, a two to five day run. Typically a modular stand or pop-up, a team of four to eight brand ambassadors, sampling or demo stock, permits, logistics and a highlights content edit. This band suits a product launch, a retail sampling drive or a trade show presence where the space is already booked.
Three to eight cities, or one city with a bespoke build. Custom fabrication, longer staffed runs, regional logistics, a dedicated project lead, data capture, paid amplification of the content and full reporting. Most of our enterprise activation programmes sit here.
A rolling programme across UK and European markets: bespoke build, local crew in each market, translated assets, local compliance and permits, multi-market staffing, on-site content teams and a measurement framework that reports back per market. Budgets at this level are usually annual rather than per event.
A credible event production quote separates five lines so you can compare agencies fairly: creative and strategy, physical build and fabrication, staffing and crew days, logistics (transport, storage, permits, power), and content and measurement. Agencies that quote a single blended figure are hiding where the margin sits. Ask for the split before you shortlist.

Staffing is priced per person per day. Doubling the run length roughly doubles the staffing line.
Each additional market adds transport, local crew, permits and, in Europe, translation and local compliance.
Interactive screens, AR, data capture and bespoke software are the single most variable line in any activation.
On-site capture plus a paid social edit typically adds 8 to 15 per cent of total budget and is usually the highest-return line.
Under six weeks means rush fabrication and premium freight. Twelve weeks or more removes most of that premium.
A representative GBP 150,000 programme across four UK cities: creative concept and route-to-market strategy; a modular branded footprint built once and reskinned per city; twelve staffed days with a team of six plus a supervisor; full transport, storage and permitting; sampling stock handling; on-site photography and video with a social edit per city; live data capture with opt-in consent; and a post-programme report covering reach, samples, dwell time, data captured and cost per interaction.
Useful planning ratios from programmes we run in the UK and Europe: build and fabrication 25 to 35 per cent of budget; staffing 20 to 30 per cent; logistics and permits 10 to 15 per cent; creative and project management 15 to 20 per cent; content and measurement 8 to 15 per cent. Cost per meaningful interaction typically lands between GBP 3 and GBP 12 depending on format, with sampling at the low end and high-touch demo experiences at the high end.
Send us four things and we can price a programme in 48 hours: the markets and dates, the objective (sampling, data capture, trade, awareness), your budget band, and whether space is already secured. If you are running a formal process, our experiential agency RFP guide includes a template you can issue to every agency so the responses are comparable.
