Independent hosts can organise their own events
London Climate Action Week's organiser explicitly describes an open platform in which event hosts are responsible for organising their own events and registrations. That is not a guarantee of promotion or access to other programmes. We work with the host to design a useful conversation and organise the logistics in a suitable licensed venue. Review official host guidance and event FAQs when planning the event's public listing or format.
Formats suitable for serious stakeholders
A successful climate-focused event can be intentionally small. We help clients define the decision-makers, discussion outcome and evidence needed before choosing whether to host a private policy roundtable, investor breakfast, report presentation or client reception. We never guarantee named delegate attendance or policy influence.
- Private investor or funder briefing with controlled guest list.
- Technical workshop with hybrid or recording permissions.
- Research or initiative launch with accessible questions and discussion.
- Multiple events under one organisation's annual stakeholder programme.
Responsible production and practical venue screening
An event's operations should be proportionate to its sustainability claims. We ask suppliers for factual travel, food sourcing and waste arrangements where relevant, without inventing carbon figures or claiming unverified zero-carbon delivery. The venue contract determines catering rights, accessible facilities and permitted hours.
- Accessible venue location and transport options.
- Dietary and allergen provisions confirmed by the actual food supplier.
- Reusable production items where viable, with supporting supplier evidence.
- Appropriate consent for event photography and attendee records.
Avoid conflicts with organiser participation rules
Official programme listings, branding and sponsorship conditions are controlled by the LCAW organisers. We review the client's proposed subject and sponsorship against their participation guidance; Pearl Lemon does not imply organiser approval. Event contracting and pricing remain independent of listing decisions.
Annual stakeholder programme rather than one June event
For a company running investor and stakeholder events throughout the year, a London Climate Action Week session can be one milestone in a managed calendar. The agreement can cover planning and reporting over twelve months while each meeting or reception has a separate scope and permitted venue. For the master contracting model see enterprise event frameworks.
