The brief
Excellent Expo was building VeliTech's stand at ICE Barcelona and needed a hospitality partner. VeliTech wanted coffee through the day and a controlled drinks service in the afternoon, to support meetings and demos on the stand.

Working through an agency
We were booked by the stand builder, so plans had to fit their build schedule and the client's expectations at once.
Alcohol on a stand
Beer, wine and prosecco had to be served in a controlled way at set times only.

Stock and equipment were coordinated with local suppliers in Barcelona.

The exhibitor
VeliTech's own press release confirmed it would exhibit at stand 1D50 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via on 19–21 January 2026. Its leadership and product teams were there to run live demos of its iGaming products, with the stand spotlight on VeliEDGE. ICE organisers report the 2026 editions supported 7,087 jobs and €255 million of economic contribution to Catalonia.
