We turned a Silverstone pit garage into a Visa-branded, halal premium coffee bar for about 50 VIP guests at a DTO Motorsport executive experience, with set-up done in two hours.
Brand Activation Case Study — branded premium coffee bar delivered in Silverstone for a motorsport and payments client in 2025.
DTO Motorsport x Visa · Silverstone · 2025 · Branded premium coffee bar

DTO Motorsport was hosting a Visa executive motorsport morning in the National Pits garage area at Silverstone. Guests needed a polished hospitality point that looked like Visa, served halal coffee and pastries, and fitted into a working garage.
Garages are built for cars and engineers. Power, space and access were limited, and the bar had to sit alongside motorsport operations.
Load-in, branding, set-up and testing all had to fit a two-hour window before guests arrived.
The menu had to be fully halal and still feel executive-grade.
A 2m Visa-branded bar and a wrapped coffee machine gave the garage a brand presence.
Premium coffee and halal pastries for around 50 VIP guests.
Kit and stock were brought in and set up within two hours, with restocking through the morning.
The garage was cleared and handed back on schedule.
DTO Motorsport describes itself as delivering high-performance motorsport experiences for brands and private clients, and is based at Silverstone Park, beside the circuit. Silverstone's National Paddock maps show the garages along the National Pits area used for club and historic racing grids. It is a working motorsport environment rather than a hospitality suite.

Motorsport hospitality runs to tight access windows in spaces not built for catering. This shows branded, compliant VIP service built fast inside a working circuit garage.
Fantastic Service
“Pearl Lemon Catering helped make this anniversary all the more special. The got here early, were professional and ready to go. It started raining and they quickly helped get the venue indoors. I will be back for our next event :)”
