Ballymore hosted a Chinese New Year evening at the sales gallery for The Capston, its prime riverside development. The reception had to feel premium and on-theme, and work across more than one floor.

The development
Ballymore describes The Capston as the final part of its Embassy Gardens story in Nine Elms, a project it has led since 2007. The development's website describes 247 prime riverside residences on the south bank of the Thames.
